Gameplay Mechanics
Players take on the role of a scientist conducting experiments in a high-tech biological laboratory. They aim to study and control cell mutations, create new organisms, and refine laboratory processes. The gameplay combines strategic planning, experimentation, and exploration, gradually unveiling complex biological systems.
The core gameplay revolves around triggering reactions between cells, manipulating their properties, and advancing through the mutation tree. Initially, players work with simple biological structures. Still, as they progress, they unlock rare and unique cell types, allowing them to develop new organisms and combine mutations for more complex results.
Key Mechanics
Core Interaction System:
Cells move randomly across the game field.
Players select a cell to interact with, triggering a chain reaction.
Interacting cells can merge, mutate, or disappear, creating new structures.
Mutations and Progression:
Unlocking new cell types, each with unique properties.
Gradual laboratory expansion, enabling more advanced experiments.
Access to additional tools and reagents that influence cell behavior.
Mutation Tree:
Players spend collected cells to unlock new abilities.
It is possible to research and create rare mutations with special effects.
The mutation tree is divided into Viruses (for level progression) and Mutations (for creating unique creatures).
